 What's it all about?
If you are determined to improve your fitness, lose weight, build muscle or train hard for a specifc event then FaSE Personal Training is for you. With several years of experience and  expertise in all areas of fitness, from the beginner to professional, you are guaranteed good results. FaSE offers either home or outdoor 1-on-1 or group personal training sessions, which means there is a flexible solution to meet your needs.
 
What happens? 
The personal training sessions will begin with a lifestyle and fitness assessment. This may sound scary but really isn't at all! It takes about an hour and will involve assessing your height, weight, body composition, lung funtion, blood pressure and cardiovascular fitness as well as current activity levels and nutrition, and future goals and aims. From this with your help, I will design and take you through a suitable training programme. The sessions can be as often as you want, but are usually weekly. Exercise suggestions for non-contact days will also be provided.
 
Why? 
Personal training is an excellent way to learn how to exercise safely and effectively. You can choose to have 1-on-1 sessions, or get a group of your friends or family and exercise together.
