I love sport, I love the training, the hard work, the winning, the feeling when you don't think you can go on but yet you're five points down with two minutes to play and you just have to give it everything. Growing up I played every sport I could and played basketball to National Junior Squad level. More recently I have completed the London Marathon, the Great North Run and dabbled in Windsurfing. My experience as a trainer stems from my undergraduate degree in Birmingham and since then I have worked as a Fitness Advisor, Windsurf Instructor, Basketball Coach and Personal Trainer. I have worked with elite University athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and carried out fitness tests for professional football teams and the National Climbing Squad.
